Billing

The billing page gives you a complete view of your invoicing history and payment status. From here you can browse all of your open and past invoices, check on payment methods, and access the billing portal to make any changes you need.

Browsing Invoices

The main section of the billing page displays a list of all your invoices, both open and historical. You can sort the list and use the search functionality to find invoices for specific billing periods. This makes it easy to locate a particular invoice without scrolling through months of records.

When you find the invoice you are looking for, click on it to view a detailed breakdown of charges. The detail view shows you exactly what services and items you were billed for during that period. For a full walkthrough of what you will see on the detail page, visit Invoice Details.

Payment Methods

You can access the billing portal, powered by Stripe, directly from the billing page. The portal lets you manage your payment methods, including adding new cards, updating existing ones, or removing methods you no longer use. Your current payment method status is also visible on the billing page so you can quickly confirm that everything is in order without needing to open the portal.

Keeping your payment method up to date ensures that invoices are processed on time and avoids any interruptions to your service. If your card is about to expire or you need to switch to a different payment method, the billing portal makes it straightforward to handle.

Resolving Discrepancies

If you notice anything unexpected on an invoice, whether it is a charge you do not recognize, an amount that seems incorrect, or a missing credit, the best course of action is to open a support ticket. You can do this directly from the Tickets page. Include the invoice number and a description of the discrepancy so the team can investigate and get back to you quickly.
