Tickets

Tickets are your direct communication channel with the warehouse team. Whenever you have a question about an order, need to flag an issue with a shipment, or want to request something specific from the warehouse, tickets are the place to do it. Think of them as a built-in help desk that keeps all of your support conversations organized and easy to follow.

Page Layout

The tickets page is split into two main areas. On the left side, you will find the ticket list, which shows all of your existing tickets at a glance. On the right side, the active ticket frame displays the full conversation and details for whichever ticket you have selected. This side-by-side layout makes it easy to browse your tickets and jump into any conversation without leaving the page.

On mobile devices, the layout adapts so that you see one panel at a time. You will start with the ticket list, and tapping on a ticket switches you over to the conversation view. You can navigate back to the list at any time.

What You Can Do

From the tickets page, you can create a new ticket to start a conversation with the warehouse, search through your ticket list to find a specific thread, and filter tickets by status or priority so you can focus on what matters most. When you open a ticket, the conversation frame loads on the right and you can read the full message history, send replies, and mark the ticket as resolved once your question has been answered.

If you need a walkthrough of how to create and manage tickets step by step, head over to Create & Manage Tickets for detailed instructions on creating tickets, sending messages and attachments, and adding references to orders or shipments.

When to Use Tickets

Use tickets any time you need the warehouse team to look into something. That could be a question about inventory counts, a problem with a received shipment, a request to hold or modify an order, or anything else that requires warehouse attention. Keeping these conversations in tickets rather than email or chat ensures that nothing gets lost and both sides have a clear record of what was discussed and resolved.
