The Requested section is the central hub where every request you make from the Inventory page is tracked. Whether you requested a shipment, asked for product pictures, submitted a disposal request, or needed shipping details, it all shows up here so you can monitor progress and follow up as needed.
How it is organized
The Requested section is organized into sub-pages by request type, making it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. Each sub-page shows the status and progress of your requests so you always know where things stand.
Shipments and FBA
The Shipments & FBA page lets you track all of your shipment requests and FBA shipment requests in one place. You can view the details of each request, check its current status, and follow its progress from submission through fulfillment. Once a shipment request is fulfilled and shipped out by the warehouse, it moves to the Outbound page where you can access tracking information.
Details, Pictures, and Disposal
The Details, Pictures & Disposal page covers all non-shipment requests. This includes shipping detail requests where you need dimensions and weight information, picture requests where you want visual confirmation of your inventory, and disposal requests for items you want removed. Each type has its own tab so you can quickly check on the specific kind of request you are interested in.
Request types at a glance
The Requested section covers five types of requests, each corresponding to a tab or section:
- Shipments — Outbound shipment requests created from the Inventory page.
- FBA — FBA shipment requests where your inventory is sent to Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Details — Shipping detail requests for dimensions, weight, and packaging information.
- Pictures — Picture requests for visual documentation of your items.
- Disposal — Disposal requests for items you want removed from inventory.
The request lifecycle
All requests originate from actions you take on the Inventory page. Once you submit a request, it appears in the appropriate sub-page here with a pending status. The warehouse team processes your request, and you can check back here to see updates on its progress. For shipment requests specifically, once the warehouse ships the order, the record moves from Requested to the Outbound page where tracking information becomes available.
