Inbound

The Inbound section is where you manage every shipment headed to the warehouse. Whether you are sending in products for Amazon FBA, fulfilling merchant orders yourself, routing through a two-step process, or shipping via Walmart or Shopify, this is the starting point for getting your inventory into the system and ready for processing.

Fulfillment Types

When you create a new inbound shipment, you will choose one of six fulfillment types. FBA is for items destined for Fulfillment by Amazon. FBM is for Fulfilled by Merchant orders where you handle shipping yourself. Two-step is for inventory that goes through a two-step prep and forwarding process. Manual gives you full control over shipping details without any automated workflows. WFS is for Walmart Fulfillment Services orders. Shopify is for orders fulfilled through your Shopify store.

Each fulfillment type adjusts the fields and requirements you see in the shipment form, so picking the right one up front saves you time and keeps your data accurate.

Page Controls

At the top of the inbound page you will find several controls that help you work with your shipment data. The Units/Tracking selector lets you switch between viewing your inbound units and viewing the tracking numbers associated with those shipments. Adding tracking numbers is optional for most fulfillment types but may be required depending on your workflow.

The Column Order dropdown lets you rearrange which columns appear in the shipments table and in what order. This is useful if you want to prioritize certain fields, such as putting supplier or ASIN front and center for quick scanning.

The Export button downloads your current inbound data as a CSV file. You can use this to create backups, share shipment information with teammates, or pull data into a spreadsheet for deeper analysis.
