Received - Checked In

The Checked In page is a complete record of all units that have been verified against your inbound orders and officially added to your inventory. This is where items end up after they have been reviewed and cleared from the Needs Attention page.

What this page shows

Every item listed here has been physically received by the warehouse, matched to one of your inbound orders, and confirmed as part of your inventory. The page serves as a historical log of all successful check-ins, giving you a clear picture of what has arrived and when.

You can use the search functionality to look up items by various identifiers such as order numbers, ASINs, or tracking information. This makes it easy to verify that a specific shipment reached the warehouse and was properly processed. The sort and filter controls let you narrow down results by date, product, or other criteria depending on what you are looking for.

When to use this page

The Checked In page is primarily a verification and reference tool. If you want to confirm that a particular shipment or item has been received and processed, this is where you check. It is also useful for auditing purposes when you need to cross-reference your records with what the warehouse has on file.

For day-to-day receiving work, the active queue is the Needs Attention page. That is where items requiring your input are listed and where you will spend most of your time managing incoming inventory. The Checked In page, by contrast, is for items that have already been handled and need no further action from you on the receiving side.

Connection to Inventory

Items that appear on the Checked In page have been officially added to your Inventory. This means they are now available for all inventory actions, including requesting shipments, requesting pictures, requesting shipping details, and more. If you are looking for an item that you expected to be in your inventory but cannot find it, checking this page can help you confirm whether it was ever checked in or if it might still be sitting in the Needs Attention queue waiting for resolution.

Troubleshooting

If an item you expected to see here is missing, start by checking the Needs Attention page. It is possible the item was received but flagged with a discrepancy that still needs your input. You can also search by tracking number, order number, or ASIN to locate the item across both receiving pages. If something still does not add up, reaching out to the warehouse team with the relevant identifiers will help track down what happened.
