Requested - Details, Pictures & Disposal

This page tracks the lifecycle of all your non-shipment requests, including shipping detail requests, picture requests, and disposal requests. Each type has its own tab, so you can quickly navigate to the specific kind of request you want to check on.

How to use this page

  1. Select the tab for the type of request you want to review: Details, Pictures, or Disposal.
  2. Use the filter and sort controls to organize the list. Sorting by newest first is a good way to check on your most recent requests.
  3. Click on a request row to open its details. This is where you will find notes from the warehouse team and any returned evidence, such as photos or measurements.
  4. Check the status to see whether the request is still pending or has been completed.

All of these requests originate from actions you take on the Inventory page. Once you submit a request there, it appears here so you can follow its progress.

Shipping detail requests

When you need dimensions, weight, or other packaging information for an item in your inventory, you submit a shipping detail request from the Request Shipping Details action on the Inventory page. The warehouse team measures and documents the item, and the results are returned here.

Open a completed detail request to see the measurements and any notes the warehouse provided. This information is useful for calculating shipping costs, creating accurate product listings, or planning how to pack shipments efficiently.

Picture requests

Picture requests let you get visual confirmation of items in your inventory. You submit these from the Request Pictures action on the Inventory page, and the warehouse team photographs the items and uploads the images.

When a picture request is completed, open the request details to view the photos. This is helpful for verifying product condition, confirming that the correct items were received, or getting images for product listings and marketing materials.

Disposal requests

If you have items in your inventory that you no longer want, you can submit a disposal request from the Request Disposal action on the Inventory page. The warehouse team will handle removing those items from your inventory.

Disposal requests on this page show you the current status of each request. You can see which ones are still pending and which have been completed. Once a disposal is processed, the items are removed from your active inventory.

Understanding request statuses

Each request has a status that indicates where it is in the process. Pending requests are still waiting to be handled by the warehouse team. Completed requests have been fulfilled, and you can open them to see the results. Keeping an eye on statuses helps you know when to expect information back and when to follow up if something seems to be taking longer than usual.
