Requested - Shipments & FBA
This page lets you view and track all of your requested shipments and FBA shipments. Every shipment request you create from the Request a Shipment action on the Inventory page shows up here, giving you a single place to monitor progress from the moment you submit a request to the point where it is fulfilled.
Viewing your shipment requests
The page displays all of your shipment requests in a table format. You can search for specific requests by name or identifier, sort the results by various columns, and apply filters to narrow down what you see. This makes it straightforward to locate a particular request even if you have a long history of shipments.
Clicking on any row opens the shipment details view, where you can see the full breakdown of what was requested, the items included, the destination, and the current status. This detail view gives you everything you need to know about a specific shipment request without having to dig through other pages.
Shipment requests
Shipment requests are orders you create to have inventory shipped to a specific address, whether that is your own warehouse, a customer, or another destination. These requests are created through the Request a Shipment workflow on the Inventory page, where you select the items, specify the destination, and submit the request.
Once submitted, the request appears here with its current status. You can track its progress as the warehouse picks, packs, and ships the order. When the shipment is shipped out by the warehouse, it moves from this page to the Outbound page, where tracking numbers and shipping details become available.
FBA shipments
FBA shipment requests work similarly but are specifically for sending inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers. When you submit an FBA request, the warehouse prepares and ships all of the specified FBA inventory to Amazon on your behalf. These requests also appear on this page so you can track their progress alongside your other shipment requests.
FBA shipments follow the same lifecycle as other shipment requests. Once the warehouse has shipped the inventory to Amazon, the record moves to the Outbound page.
Tracking request progress
Each request on this page has a status that tells you where it is in the process. Use the status indicators to quickly identify which requests are still pending, which are being worked on, and which have been completed and shipped. Sorting by status or date can help you stay on top of requests that need attention or follow up on ones that seem to be taking longer than expected.
The overall flow for shipment requests is: create the request from your Inventory, track it here in Requested, and then find it on the Outbound page once it has been shipped.
