Search, Filter & Export
As your inbound shipment list grows, finding specific orders becomes more important. The Inbound page includes several tools that let you search by keyword, filter by fulfillment type, sort columns, customize your table layout, and export your data for offline use.
Searching for Orders
The search bar at the top of the inbound table lets you type keywords to find specific orders. The search checks against all visible order data, including item names, supplier names, ASINs, tracking numbers, and notes. As you type, the table updates in real time to show only the rows that match your query.
When you are done searching, clear the search bar to return to the full list. This is a quick way to jump between looking at a specific order and viewing everything at once. If you are looking for a particular supplier's shipments, just type the supplier name. If you need to find an order by tracking number, paste the tracking number into the search bar and the matching rows will appear immediately.
Filtering by Fulfillment Type
Below the search bar, you will find a fulfillment type filter that lets you narrow the table to show only a specific type such as FBA, FBM, Two-step, Manual, WFS, or Shopify shipments. This is useful when you want to focus on a specific channel without being distracted by orders from other fulfillment types.
The filter works in combination with the search bar, so you can search for a keyword within a specific fulfillment type. For example, you could filter to FBA shipments and then search for a particular ASIN to find exactly the rows you need.
Sorting by Column
Clicking on any column header in the inbound table will sort the data by that column. Click once to sort in ascending order, and click again to sort in descending order. This works for all columns, including dates, quantities, costs, and text fields.
Sorting is especially helpful when you want to see your most recent shipments at the top, identify the highest-cost items, or group orders by supplier. Combined with the search and filter tools, sorting gives you precise control over how you view your data.
Customizing Column Order
The Column Order dropdown at the top of the page lets you rearrange which columns appear in the table and in what sequence. If you primarily work with ASINs and supplier names, you can move those columns to the front. If you rarely use certain fields, you can push them to the end or hide them entirely.
This customization persists across sessions, so you only need to set it up once. If your workflow changes over time, you can always come back and adjust the column order to match your current priorities.
Exporting Your Data
The Export button downloads your current inbound data as a CSV file to your device. The export respects any active search or filter, so if you have filtered to Amazon shipments only, the exported file will contain just those rows.
Exporting is useful for several scenarios. You might want to create a backup of your data before making bulk edits, share a subset of shipments with a team member, or pull the data into a spreadsheet for custom analysis and reporting. The exported CSV uses the same format that the Upload CSV feature expects, so you can also use an export as a template for future uploads.
Make it a habit to export your data periodically, especially before performing bulk operations like edits or deletes. Having a recent export on hand gives you a reference point if you ever need to verify what your data looked like before a change.
