Referrals
The referrals page lets you track your referral activity, share your unique referral link, and see how your credits are progressing from pending to approved. If you have partners, colleagues, or contacts who could benefit from the platform, referrals are a great way to earn credits while helping others get started.
Your Referral Link
At the top of the page, you will find your unique referral URL. This is the link you share with anyone you want to refer to the platform. You can copy it and send it through email, messaging apps, or any other channel that works for your outreach. Each referral that comes through your link is automatically associated with your account, so you do not need to do anything extra to get credit for it.
How Credits Work
Once someone signs up through your referral link, a pending credit is added to your account. Pending credits are visible on the referrals page so you can track how many referrals are in the pipeline. An administrator reviews and approves pending credits, and once a credit is approved, it is automatically applied to your latest open invoice. This means your referral earnings translate directly into savings on your next billing cycle without any manual steps on your part.
Searching and Sorting
The referrals page includes search functionality so you can look up specific referrals by their identifiers. If you have a growing list of referrals, this makes it easy to check on the status of a particular one without scrolling through the entire table. You can also sort the columns to rank your referrals or analyze them by different criteria, such as date or status.
Lightweight Partner Tracking
Beyond just earning credits, the referrals page serves as a lightweight tool for tracking your outreach and partner activity. If you are actively referring multiple contacts over time, the page gives you a running record of who you have referred, where each referral stands in the approval process, and how much credit you have earned. This can be useful for keeping tabs on your referral efforts and understanding which channels or contacts are generating the most activity.
