Inventory

Your central hub for managing all inventory currently stored at the warehouse. Items arrive here after being successfully checked in from the Received page. Once units are verified and logged, they appear in this table where you can search, filter, sort, select, and take action on them.

Key Controls

The inventory page gives you a powerful set of controls to find exactly the units you need and act on them quickly.

Search bar -- Type a SKU, ASIN, product title, or any keyword to instantly filter the table down to matching rows. This is the fastest way to locate specific items when you know what you are looking for.

Fulfillment type filter -- Use this dropdown to narrow the view to a specific fulfillment type (for example, FBA, FBM, Two-step, Manual, WFS, or Shopify). This is especially helpful when you are preparing shipments or running audits for a single channel.

Sortable table headers -- Click any column header to sort the table ascending or descending by that field. Sorting by quantity, date received, or SKU can help you spot patterns and prioritize work.

Column order customization -- Open the column order dropdown to rearrange which columns appear and in what order. Tailor the view to the data points that matter most for your workflow.

Bulk row selection -- Use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to select one or many rows at once. Bulk selection is the starting point for every request action, export, and edit operation described below.

Top Action Buttons

Along the top of the inventory table you will find several action buttons that let you manage your inventory efficiently.

My Labels -- Opens the Labels Management panel where you can upload, view, and delete shipping labels. Labels you upload here are available to attach when you request a shipment from the warehouse.

Request Actions -- This dropdown is where you initiate the four core request types: Request a Shipment, Request Shipping Details, Request Pictures, and Request Disposal. Select one or more inventory rows first, then choose the action you need. Each request type is covered in detail in its own section below.

Export -- Click Export to download the current table view as a CSV file. The export respects any active filters and sorting, so you can generate targeted reports without extra cleanup. Use exports for reconciliation, team sharing, or offline analysis.

Edit -- After selecting multiple rows, click Edit to open the Bulk Edit panel. This lets you update shared fields across all selected rows in a single operation, saving significant time when metadata needs correcting.

Suggested Daily Workflow

A typical daily workflow on the inventory page might look like this:

  1. Start by selecting a fulfillment type filter to focus on one channel at a time, such as FBA or FBM orders.
  2. Use the search bar to locate specific SKUs or product families you need to act on.
  3. Select the relevant rows using the checkboxes.
  4. Open Request Actions and execute the appropriate request -- whether that is a shipment, shipping details, pictures, or disposal.
  5. When finished, click Export to download a snapshot of the data for your records or reporting needs.

Following a consistent routine like this helps you stay on top of incoming inventory, avoid bottlenecks, and ensure the warehouse has clear instructions for every unit.

Request Actions Overview

Request Actions are how you communicate instructions to the warehouse for specific inventory units. Each action creates a trackable request that you can monitor from the Requested page.

Request a Shipment

Use Request a Shipment when you are ready to have the warehouse ship inventory out. You will specify quantities, choose a shipping method, and attach labels if required. This is the most common action for FBM orders and FBA replenishment.

Request Shipping Details

Use Request Shipping Details when you need the warehouse to provide packaging information such as dimensions and weight for specific items. This is useful when listing new products or updating shipping profiles in your selling channels.

Request Pictures

Use Request Pictures to ask the warehouse to photograph specific inventory items. You can include instructions about angles, labels, or damage areas you want documented. This is helpful for quality checks, listing images, or dispute resolution.

Request Disposal

Use Request Disposal when inventory needs to be discarded. Set quantities carefully because disposal is not easily reversible. This action is appropriate for damaged goods, expired products, or items that are no longer worth storing.

Additional Tools

Beyond request actions, the inventory page connects to two other important management features.

Bulk Edit lets you update metadata fields across multiple selected rows at once, which is far more efficient than editing items one by one.

Labels Management gives you a dedicated space to upload, organize, and select the shipping labels that the warehouse applies to your outbound packages.

Tracking Your Requests

Every request you submit from the inventory page is tracked on the Requested page. You can check the status of shipments, detail requests, picture requests, and disposal requests at any time. This ensures full visibility into what the warehouse is working on and what has been completed.
