Inbound

Everything related to sending inventory to the warehouse.

  • Inbound -- Create inbound shipments, upload shipments via CSV, search and filter your shipment table, edit or delete entries, and manage your shipping names.

Received

Track what has arrived at the warehouse and handle items that need your attention.

  • Received -- Review items flagged under Needs Attention and confirm checked-in inventory so it can move forward in the workflow.

Inventory and Requests

Manage your on-hand inventory and submit service requests.

  • Inventory -- Browse your full inventory, use bulk edit to update multiple items at once, print labels, request outbound shipments, request item details or pictures, and request disposal for items you no longer need.

Requested

Follow up on the requests you have submitted.

  • Requested -- View all pending and completed requests including outbound shipments, FBA shipments, detail requests, picture requests, and disposal requests.

Outbound

Track shipments that have left the warehouse.

  • Outbound -- View shipped shipments and their tracking information, delivery status, and historical shipment data.

Support

  • Support Tickets -- Create and manage support tickets to communicate directly with the warehouse team.

Account and Billing

  • Billing -- View your invoices, understand billing line items, and manage payment methods.
