Received
The Received section is where you track everything that arrives at the warehouse. It covers the entire receiving process, from the moment a delivery is scanned and logged to the point where items are fully verified and added to your inventory.
Pages in this section
The Received section is split into two pages. You can use the selector at the top of the page to switch between them.
Needs Attention
The Needs Attention page shows items that have been logged and scanned by the warehouse but still need your review before they can be fully checked in. These items may have discrepancies, missing information, or other issues that require your input to resolve. This is your priority queue, and clearing it promptly keeps your receiving workflow running smoothly.
Checked In
The Checked In page is the record of all items that have been fully verified against your inbound orders. Once an item is checked in, it is officially part of your Inventory and available for further actions like shipment requests, labeling, and storage.
How the process works
When a delivery arrives at the warehouse, every item is scanned and logged into the system. Each item is unboxed and documented with whatever details the warehouse team can identify, such as the order number, ASIN, quantity, and condition.
From there, the warehouse attempts to match each item against your inbound orders. If everything lines up, the item is automatically checked in and added to your inventory. If there is a mismatch or missing information, the item is placed on the Needs Attention page with a note explaining what went wrong. You then provide the correct details, and once the discrepancy is resolved, the item moves to Checked In.
After check-in, your items are available on the Inventory page, where you can manage them, request shipments, and take other actions.
